Note: Matches cannot start or be played without proper goal post pads installed. NO PADS = No MATCH. Facilities that are in stadia sometimes do not need sideline ropes installed. This is a judgment call by the referee. If the referee decides that the lack of sideline ropes is or could be a safety issue the match cannot start or be played.
